Because services provided by The SuperTruck involve custom production planning, scheduling, and execution, all bookings are considered final once confirmed.
Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled prior to the scheduled service date, refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on timing, preparation, and incurred costs.
